Clean Room Specifications

Industrial Seating™ offers clean room seating designed to maintain reduced particulate levels as specified in federal standards 209E, Class 10/.2 micron and or class 100/.5 micron.

Sealed System: On Industrial Seating™ cleanroom seating, the air passed through three 99.99% effective .2 micron filter systems. These filters allow air within the sealed cushions to be expelled under minimal pressure. Permanent adhesives are used to doubled seal edges of all cover materials used on Industrial Seating ™ class 10 and class 100 clean room seating.

Group II Heavy Duty 36oz. Vinyls: Industrial seating ™ uses only Gencorp ™ Prefixx ™treated heavy duty vinyls on our clean room (-VCR) models.

Rubber Edge Protector: Each Industrial Seating™ vinyl cushion comes with a soft urethane edge banding to safeguard against tears and cuts.
